1. 1. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with, YouTube. The Competition is promoted and organised by FunPlus International AG ("FunPlus").
2. 2. The Competition will run from 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on July 29, 2022 to 11:59p.m. PT on August 21, 2022. All entries received after this time will be automatically disqualified.

5. 3.2 On a Website, locate and click on the link to download and install the State of Survival game [State of Survival: Zombie War] (the “Game”) for free.
6. 3.3 Create a free State of Survival “Account”.
7. 3.4 Follow the instructions and play the Game to earn battle power (“Points”). Playing the “Game” is free. Premium in-game upgrades are available which may allow an entrant to obtain additional Points. Entry into the Contest is restricted to persons who download the Game on one of the Websites during the Contest Period. Each entrant may only play the Game by downloading the Game on one of the Websites.
8. 4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
9. 5. There will be 30 winners, chosen by the number of Points accumulated during the Contest Period. The entrant who receives the greatest number of Points accumulated during the Contest Period will be a Grand Prize winner and receive A 2021 Apple® Macbook Pro® (ARV: $2,199). . The two (2) entrants who receive the next-highest total Points accumulated during the Contest Period (after the Grand Prize winner) will be deemed the First Prize winners and receive An Apple® AirPods Pro®. The seven (7) entrants who receive the next-highest total Points accumulated during the Contest Period (after the First Prize winners) will be deemed the Second Prize winners and win a $50 USD Amazon e-gift card. The twenty (20) entrants who receive the next-highest total Points accumulated during the Contest Period (after the Second Prize winners) will be deemed the Third Prize winners and win In-Game resources consisting of: Biocap x 300, 1K Metal x 10, 1K Food x 20, 1K Wood x 20.

The competition is open only to new players of State of Survival game as of July 29, 2022 who are legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Arizona, Maryland and North Dakota) or the District of Columbia (the "Territory"), Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Egypt who have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence, and are located in the Territory at the time of entry
11. 7. Only players located in the territories set out in clause 6 of the Terms are eligible to enter the Competition.
12. 8. The winning entrants will be notified via in-game message submitted as part of their entry by August 30, 2022.

By submitting an entry to the Competition, you grant FunPlus a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free license (with right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such entry in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).
14. 10. Only one entry to the Competition may be made per person. If FunPlus has reason to believe you have tampered with the entry process, made multiple entries or otherwise breached the Terms, FunPlus reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify your entry or entries.
15. 11. By submitting an entry, you consent to FunPlus using your name, country of residence and entry details for promotional and/or marketing purposes and that the details of your entry belong to FunPlus. Should you win, you agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities surrounding the promotion as requested by FunPlus.
